Dana Kaplan is a partner with Kelley Kaplan & Eller.
Ms. Kaplan focuses her practice in the representation of debtors, creditors and interested parties in Chapter 7, 11 and 13 bankruptcy proceedings, including contested and complex proceedings as well as adversary proceedings. Ms. Kaplan has extensive experience handling a wide variety of complex bankruptcy matters and strives to obtain the best result even in the most complicated matters.
Ms. Kaplan also represents clients in foreclosure cases, general workout matters including general debt negotiation/resolution, collections and restructuring matters. In addition, Ms. Kaplan represents clients in general business matters, including the formation of business entities, dissolution and business sales transactions.
Ms. Kaplan graduated from Manhattanville College with a Bachelor of Arts degree, magna cum laude and graduated from Quinnipiac University School of Law with a Juris Doctor degree, magna cum laude.
Ms. Kaplan is admitted to practice in all the State courts of Florida and Connecticut, as well as the U.S. District Court and Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Florida, as well as the U.S. District Court and Bankruptcy Court for the District of Connecticut.
Ms. Kaplan is a member of the Bankruptcy Bar Association for the Southern District of Florida.
