We care, we get results, and we will guide you to a positive fresh start with your financial and legal concerns resolved.

Kelley Kaplan & Eller is a bankruptcy, foreclosure, business, and litigation law firm based in West Palm Beach, Florida. Our attorneys represent individuals and businesses throughout South Florida in matters where financial and legal concerns fuse, which often create complex issues that are not only stressful but also potentially devastating if not handled expeditiously and properly. We are here to tell you that every problem—no matter how seemingly hopeless—has a solution, and we will find it. With creative thinking and a personal approach, there is no situation so bad that it can’t be improved and eventually overcome.

Particularly in the current economic climate, bankruptcy and business lawyers must provide legal advice and representation with sensitivity toward the financial circumstances of the client. This concept is nothing new to Kelley Kaplan & Eller. Historically, we have helped South Florida businesses, individuals, and families in scenarios ranging from wealth preservation to financial ruin. The stakes are always high, but just as timeliness and cost-efficiency are part of how you live and do business, it’s how we work, too. You can trust us to keep our overhead low, tailor legal counsel to your budget, and find ways to establish and preserve your financial stability.

Our West Palm Beach bankruptcy & business attorneys are recognized as leading bankruptcy and business lawyers in Florida. Bankruptcy & Asset Protection

We are experienced West Palm Beach personal & business bankruptcy attorneys, representing clients throughout South Florida in Chapter 7 bankruptcy, Chapter 13 bankruptcy, and Chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings. We know how bankruptcy works in all circumstances, looking at factors such as taxes, student loans, credit card debt, and medical debt to ensure our clients receive the full benefits of bankruptcy and the process goes smoothly. If you are only just considering bankruptcy, one of our attorneys can provide you with sound legal advice and options (we never push anyone into bankruptcy), and we can help if you have already filed for bankruptcy, but your case isn’t going well. Our firm has taken many poorly-handled bankruptcy cases and fixed them.

Commercial & Business Litigation

Almost every enterprise eventually encounters business, legal, or financial problems that require some form of litigation to resolve. Our West Palm Beach commercial & business litigation attorneys are focused on protecting our clients’ rights, assets, and interests in matters such as breach of contract, business torts (i.e. fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, unfair competition, and interference with a business relationship), debtor and creditor rights, collection actions, and securities and dealer arbitrations. In commercial and business litigation, we represent plaintiffs and defendants, as well as creditors and debtors. Our experience on both sides of the aisle works to our clients’ advantage.

Business & Corporate Law

We work with individuals, companies, and large and small business owners throughout South Florida in business and corporate law matters, including business formation, sales and purchase of a business, shareholder and partner disputes, and minutes and annual reports. Business and corporate law is a very complex and constantly developing legal area. Our West Palm Beach real estate & foreclosure attorneys help clients protect and retain property assets. Foreclosures on real estate are common in South Florida due to economic conditions. Our goal is to help clients avoid foreclosure through bankruptcy, loan modification, or other foreclosure alternatives.
